|Jūlija Zaikovska, credit controller
Julia started her path in our company in October 2013, when she accepted the offer to join “Latakko” Credit Department. By continuously increasing the amount of her responsibilities, over the past five years she became the senior specialist of Credit Department, and built a team that consists of two employees. Julia is curious and shows a lot of initiative at her work, she is always ready to increase her expertise. In 2018, she received the President’s Prize, that she is positively pleased and excited about. She treats all our clients with care and consideration, and this is the reason they are ready to cooperate with us..
|Ļena Ovsjaņņikova, marketing project manager
Lena joined the team of “Latakko” in June 2011, after obtaining her university degree in marketing. She likes to continuously progress and transform, to accept challenges and learn new skills. Over the past eight years of work in our company, Lena has been promoted three times: after initial position as an operator, she advanced to be a sales specialist assistant, then she was offered a job at the Marketing Department. Lena is a quick-witted, effective and responsible employee. In 2017, she received the President’s Prize for outstanding achievements.

Our sales guru Gints, who received “Latakko” award for outstanding sales results in 2015, joined “Latakko” Ltd. team in 2001 to work as an auxiliary worker. He has participated in various trainings and workshops in Latvia and abroad, and now he conducts workshops himself and trains new colleagues in all three Baltic States. Gints’s positive attitude, self-motivation and desire to learn have helped him to reach his own personal goals and to reach goals of “Latakko”.
|Oļegs Kazakovs, senior warehouse manager
Olegs laughs that he started to work for “Latakko” at the end of last century – in 1998. In 2009 he received the President’s Prize of the company. He has great sense of humour; therefore, he excellently copes with different stressful situations “Latakko” warehouses deal with annually between October and December, while overloaded with bulks of tyres of different sizes, brands and types, and other products.
|Vsevolods Poļakovs, sales coordinator in the Baltics
Vsevolods began to work for “Latakko” in 1997 as a warehouse manager. His determination and excellent communication skills are his best companions for advancement of career in international and dynamic company. Vsevolods has received several awards for contributing to the development of the company, e.g. “The Best Colleague” award and even the President’s Prize of the company. Today, he continues to acquire new skills in order to continue the mission he started more than 20 years ago.
