Delivery of goods

When you become a SIA “Latakko” partner, we will provide a comprehensive training which will be relevant to your particular type of sales network franchise. You will be trained on the use of our i3 system and planning of delivery schedule, etc.

Procedure of ordering goods

1.Order. Orders are placed via the easy-to-use i3 system. You can use the system to see the status of your order and select preferred method and time of delivery.

2.Order processing. Your order will be received at our customer service centre and forwarded to our warehouse where it is processed and scheduled for delivery.

3.Receipt of deliveries.You will receive the product(s) with accompanying documentation.
