History
The most important day of the year for our company is October 4th, because on this very day, more than 25 years ago (in 1994) “Latakko” Ltd. was founded. Since then it has been a tradition of our company to annually celebrate the birthday of “Latakko” Ltd. Together, we look back at another year of growth, rejoice in our achievements, and meet and get to know almost every employee on our team. Our experience of 25 years is a solid foundation from which we face new challenges!
LATAKKO – a word with meaning
The name of the company is formed by a combination of three words: LAT, which stands for Latvia, AK, which stands for batteries (as spelled in Latvian), and KO, which stands for wheels (as spelled in Russian). At our time of origin, our main directions were very small, but very purposeful as a newly established company that sold only batteries and wheels.
